Once again Glover Teixeira managed to keep his winning streak in his MMA career. This time the Brazilian and Danbury resident MMA fighter, won by a guillotine choke in the first round.
Glover started the fight with some good striking. After the first takedown attempt, Glover mixed up with some more strivings until he finally got James Te Huna, his opponent, to the ground. From there Glover worked his ground and pound until he ceased the opportunity and finished Te Huna with a beautiful guillotine choke.
Glover is a BJJ Black Belt under our head coach Luigi Mondelli. They started training together in 2003. After he got is black belt, Glover moved to California to help Chuck Liddell and to train under John Hackleman, legendary MMA coach.
