When it comes to Self-Defense or Integrated Combatives, we offer two programs. Both are practical, effective, realistic combat methods based on RMA – Reality Martial Arts.
We will help you develop a strong mindset and technical skills through an extremely practical approach. Learn the essentials and most effective striking, wrestling, and grappling for self-defense. No gimmicks, no fancy moves. Pure, battle-tested techniques. Period.
Which Program is Best For You?
Kore Self-Defense / RMA
This is the best program for civilians with little or no experience training in any combat sports. You will learn the most effective striking, standing, and ground grappling. We emphasize mindset strategies besides technical skill training. On top of all the techniques learned, you will get in great shape.
This program is suitable for anyone looking to increase their awareness and preparedness. Perfect for individuals and families without any martial arts experience.
KSD Schedule
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm and Saturdays at 10 am.
Kore Integrated Combatives
Our Kore Integrated Combatives is the perfect method for people with some combat knowledge (striking, grappling, or weapons) and Law Enforcement Officers at all levels (municipal, state, and federal). We will prepare you physically and mentally.
It is highly recommended for law enforcement officers to use it as part of their sustainment training. During our classes, you will learn to integrate all the striking and grappling skills with weapons, such as blades, blunt objects, and flexible and projectile weapons.
This program is only recommended for civilians or law enforcement officers who are comfortable training the whole spectrum of combatives, including force-on-force and scenario-based training with the use of weapons.
